Cocoagraph Image Reproduction:
Cocoagraphs are intended to be a fun novelty item and we cannot guarantee exact color matching to the photographs submitted. Cocoagraphs are printed with food coloring and frosting papar and are perishable so colors are not always a 100% true match. Black & white photos or grey tones will look more sepia or a blue-black by nature of the printing materials. Please take caution with logos and large order, we recommend ordering a sample bar before placing a large order where color variation is an issue. We will not refund a custom Cocoagraph due to image color variations.
Care & Storage:
For optimum freshness keep your Cocoagraphs stored in a cool dark place in the pouch until the day of your event to preserve their freshness and true color. (Colors may fade over time if exposed to light for several days). For longterm storage keep Cocoagraphs in their original packaging in a cool, dry, dark place around 65-70 degrees. Cocoagraphs will remain fresh in their packaging for up to one year. Do not refrigerate or freeze Cocoagraphs prior to your event as the moisture may cause damage to the image.
Shipping Policy:
We are striving for 100% customer satisfaction. We can only guarantee that our products will arrive in good condition and within the delivery time chosen only through UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping. If USPS Priority Ground shipping is chosen we cannot guarantee the delivery time or that slight melting will not occur once the package has left our facility. Cocoagraph ships via UPS domestically only. We cannot guarantee international shipping, shipping internationally is at your own risk.
In the summer months there is an option to ship your package with ice packs, however we will only guarantee bars shipped via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air. We strongly redommend that you observe this protocol during extreme weather conditions e.g. extreme summer heat or cold winter temperatures as the bars will be susceptible to melting or cracking due to temperature. If no one will be available to receive the package, consider sending to a neighbor or to your place of work. Refund Policy:
Cocoagraphs are custom made to order therefore we cannot accept returns. We will replace chocolates that are damaged through the UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping option only. All other forms of shipping are at your own risk. We will not refund a custom Cocoagraph due to image color variations.
Cocoagraph is not responsible for unclaimed, returned or packages sent to the wrong address. If a package is returned Cocoagraph will contact the shipper to resend at the shippers expense.
