About Our Chocolate
Our organic & gluten-free chocolates come from Guittard Chocolate Co., a family-operated, Fair Trade USA® licensed company located in the Bay area of Northern California.
Our organic milk chocolate is 38% cacao with bold, rich, upfront chocolate flavor accented with subtle caramel notes and lingering hints of cinnamon, fresh dairy flavor and a smooth, spicy finish.
Our French-style white chocolate is 31% cacao with a sweet, full-bodied fresh cream flavor throughout, also featuring nutty undertones and luscious hints of mild citrus flavor.
Our organic dark chocolate is 66% cacao with fresh berry accents and wine-like tannins in a base of bold, deep chocolate, with floral accents of jasmine and citrus persisting on the pallet.
